Fire bricks (refractory bricks) are used for the cooking floor of a pizza oven and to build its dome or walls. They are made to withstand the repeated heating and cooling of daily baking.
Dense bricks are used where the fire and pizzas touch; lighter insulating bricks are a different product used behind them. Tell us your oven size so we can estimate the number of bricks.

It depends on the oven's internal size and design and whether you are building the floor, the dome or both. Send us the floor size and dome dimensions and we will estimate the quantity.
